Welcome to WonderNet (“we”, “us”, “our”, “WonderNet”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://wondernet.in (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Definitions
- “Customer”, “you”, “your” means the individual or entity using the Site or purchasing products.
- “Products” means the mosquito nets and related items we list for sale (e.g., door nets, window nets, bed nets).
- “Order” means your request to purchase one or more Products via the Site.
- “Shipping Address” means the delivery address you provide for an Order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site and purchase Products. By placing an Order you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of Site
a) You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner and not to use it for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.
b) You agree not to upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringes any third-party rights.
c) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms.
4. Product Information & Pricing
a) We endeavour to provide accurate product details (size, colour, material, installation instructions). The Site displays images and descriptions of our Products.
b) Prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. They exclude shipping charges (unless “Free Delivery” is stated) and any applicable taxes.
c) We may change prices, promotions or Product availability at any time without notice.
d) We strive to keep the Site up to date; however, if you discover an error (e.g., wrong price, incorrect description) we may cancel or refuse your Order even after confirmation, and refund you any amount paid.
5. Placing Orders & Acceptance
a) You place an Order by selecting Products, providing necessary details (Shipping Address, payment information) and completing checkout.
b) Once you place an Order, you will receive an Order confirmation (via email or SMS) acknowledging the receipt of your Order. This is not an acceptance of your Order.
c) We will notify you by email (or other means) when we accept your Order — at which point a contract between you and us is formed.
d) If we cannot accept your Order (for example, Product out of stock, shipping restrictions, pricing error), we will notify you and refund any payment made.
6. Payment
a) Payment must be made at time of ordering (unless cash-on-delivery or other options are provided).
b) We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site.
c) All payments are subject to validation (e.g., fraud checks, authorisation). We reserve the right to cancel payment authorisation even after payment if we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent activity.
7. Shipping & Delivery
a) We deliver to the Shipping Address you provide, subject to our delivery policy.
b) Delivery times are estimates only. We will attempt to meet the delivery timeline but cannot guarantee exact dates.
c) You are responsible for providing correct delivery details and for any delay arising from your failure to do so.
d) Risk of loss and title for the Products pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the shipping carrier and you (or your agent) receive the parcel.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
a) Our return and refund policy applies. (Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.)
b) You may cancel an Order before we dispatch the Products. After dispatch, cancellations may not be possible or may incur restocking/shipping charges.
c) If you receive damaged or defective Products, notify us within [insert number] days of delivery with photographic proof. We will examine and may offer replacement, credit or refund at our discretion.
d) Shipping charges, if any, for returns are paid by you unless otherwise agreed.
9. Product Use & Installation
a) Our Products (door nets, window nets, bed nets) are intended for normal domestic use only.
b) You are responsible for selecting suitable Product size, verifying installation conditions, and installing in accordance with instructions (or hiring a qualified person).
c) We shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to maintain the Product.
10. Warranties & Disclaimers
a) We warrant that, at delivery, the Products will correspond to their description, and (where applicable) be free from material defects for a period of [insert warranty period, e.g., 12 months].
b) Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective Product (or refund if repair/replacement is not possible).
c) Except for the above warranty, all other warranties (whether implied by law, course of dealing, performance or otherwise) are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
d) To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from the Products or use of the Site.
11. Limitation of Liability
a) Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the Products or Site is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable Product(s).
b) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or other matters which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Intellectual Property
a) All content on the Site (text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks) is our property or our licensors’ and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
b) You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial use and not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or transmit it without our prior written consent.
13. User Accounts
If you create an account on the Site:
a) You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
b) You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details.
c) You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
d) We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
