Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer a full refund or a free replacement within seven (7) days of product delivery in the following cases:

  1. You changed your mind after placing the order.

  2. The item(s) arrived in a damaged, defective, or mutilated condition.

  3. You received an item(s) different from what you ordered.

 

Return & Refund Process

To qualify for a full refund, please return the item(s) in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged, with all original tags/labels attached. A proof of purchase must be provided, and the return must be initiated within seven (7) days of receipt.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Order Cancellation

  • If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our sales/support team as soon as possible.

  • If the order has already been handed over to the courier, the delivery attempt will still be made. In this case, kindly refuse the delivery.

 

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 1-2 working days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
